Jeff Trefry is a throwback to classic traditions and artful culinaire, all with an eye on the future, a foot in the present and armed with the wisdom of the past. Trefry, a Culinary Institute of America graduate, left his General Manager/Executive Chef position with Cork Restaurant, which was voted one of Florida's Best New Restaurants in 2008 by Florida Trend Magazine to take the position of Executive Chef at Treviso, at the John and Mabel Ringling estate and Museum of art. Prior to that Trefry helmed the opening of the Kansas City Ritz-Carlton after being promoted from the Executive Sous Chefs position at the Ritz's Flagship location in Naples, Florida, where he was part of the team that achieved a AAA 5 Diamond Award in and the Mobil Five Star award in 1988. Jeff has held many Executive chefs positions including the Naples Bath and tennis club, Naples Florida, Grotto Bay beach Hotel in Hamilton Parish Bermuda and the Mobil award winning Restaurant, Café L' Europe in Sarasota Florida. |
